Legends : Lee Dixon


Lee Michael Dixon or more famously know as Lee Dixon is a former English professional footballer born in Burnley and formed part of the Arsenal defence from the late 1980s, through till 2002.

Dixon was signed by Arsenal boss George Graham in January 1988 following the departure of England right back, Viv Anderson, to Manchester United.

Dixon made a total of 619 appearance for the Gunners scoring a total of 28 goals along the way.

Dixon won the League Championship (1989, 1991, 1998, 2000), FA Cup (1993, 1998, 2002) and the European Cup Winners Cup (1994) with Arsenal.
