It has been reported that Arsenal are winning the race for Lille star Gervinho.
The Daily Mail has revealed that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is close to concluding a £10m deal for Gervinho from Lille.
Newcastle have agreed a £10m fee with Lille but the 24-year-old striker has set his heart on moving to the Emirates Stadium.
Gervinho has only one year left on his contract with the French champions.
