Arsenal Not Interested In Selling Gael Clichy To Liverpool

Reports have emerged that Arsenal is ready to sell Gael Clichy - but not to Liverpool.

The London Evening Standard has reported that Arsene Wenger has indicated he will sell the French international now to avoid losing him for nothing when his contract expires next summer.

Premier League side Liverpool have reportedly tabled a £5million bid but the bad news for them is that Wenger is reluctant to sell to one their rivals.

It is said that the French tactician is ready to sanction a move abroad, with Inter Milan, Juventus, Bayern Munich and Roma among the interested clubs.

Clichy, the last remaining member of Arsenal's 'Invincibles' team of 2004, is settled in England and is open to a move to another Premier League club.
